With more than two decades of executive leadership experience across higher education, global nonprofits, and diverse community organizations, I have dedicated my career to helping leaders grow with purpose and confidence. My work around the world—coaching individuals, strengthening institutions, and guiding mission-driven teams through meaningful transformation—has shaped a coaching approach that is both strategic and deeply human.
Drawing on expertise in transformational leadership, strategic planning, organizational development, partnership cultivation, and cultural intelligence, I create coaching environments where clients feel supported, challenged, and empowered to step boldly into their next chapter. My academic background—including a PhD in Leadership for Higher Education and a Master of Divinity focused on urban studies—grounds my work in both rigorous insight and practical wisdom.
